Studying at QCA in Brisbane you’ll soon find yourself well connected to all things Design.
Local and international creatives are drawn to events & initiatives occurring regularly between professional and educational organisations so there are always opportunities for collaboration and research. Whether it’s a project, seminar, a professional body or a community collective you’re drawn to, something will soon strike a spark with you here in Brisbane.

The college sits within the South Bank Cultural Precinct. Less than 2km along the river, you’ll come across:

Take a half-day & travel to the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast, the hinterland, a winery or a theme park.
Take an afternoon to go shopping, cruise the river, climb Kangaroo Point cliffs, catch a movie, a great meal, wander some markets, ride a bike - If you enjoyed it back home, there’s a good chance we've got it here. You could just take a wander down the street & you’ll probably trip over a festival of food/wine/ music/cultural/film/fashion/dance/comedy/art, but if you want to plan ahead, look into

The QCA Campus is within 500m of ferry stops, the train station, and a major bus terminal. To get about town without your own wheels:

Weather-wise, it’s pretty simple.  Hot, humid & rainy from December to February, fine, cool & dry the rest of the time.
